⚠ Please read these Terms carefully before using turbothrill.in or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ABOUT US
Turbo Thrill® is a registered trademark owned by MZS Enterprises, a proprietorship firm registered in Delhi, India. These Terms govern your use of turbothrill.in and any purchase made through it.
2. PRODUCT — SAFETY WARNINGS
⚠ CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING — READ BEFORE PURCHASE:
The Turbo Thrill® V5 Obsidian Feet Slider generates real sparks when the volcanic alloy rods contact asphalt at speed. This is not a toy. Misuse can cause fire, injury, or property damage.
NEVER use near: petrol pumps, fuel, LPG or gas cylinders, dry grass or leaves, fireworks or pyrotechnics, crowds or markets, indoor spaces, or anywhere sparks pose a risk.
ONLY use on: empty roads, dark tarmac, flyovers, or controlled open spaces. Always ride safely. Turbo Thrill® accepts no liability for injury, fire, or property damage arising from improper or unsafe use of the product.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from turbothrill.in. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options
- COD orders: payment is made to the delivery agent at the time of delivery
- Prepaid orders: payment is processed through GoKwik's secure payment gateway
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity
- In the event of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method
⚠ COD POLICY: "No advance payment — pay the delivery agent in cash when it arrives." Refusing a COD delivery without valid reason may result in your future orders being restricted to prepaid only.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- We dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday) from Delhi
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days across India
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations
- A tracking link will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS upon dispatch
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. In summary: we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, intact products. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Turbo Thrill® is a registered trademark of MZS Enterprises. All content on turbothrill.in — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product design, photography, copy, and videos — is the exclusive property of MZS Enterprises. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or use of our brand assets is a violation of Indian trademark and copyright law and will be pursued legally.
⚠ WARNING: Any attempt to copy, manufacture, or sell imitation Turbo Thrill® products or assets without authorisation will result in immediate legal action under the Trade Marks Act 1999 and Copyright Act 1957.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MZS Enterprises shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products
- Personal injury, property damage, or fire resulting from improper use of the V5 Obsidian
- Losses arising from courier delays, lost packages, or events outside our control
- Damages exceeding the value of the original order
9. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER
⚠ DISCLAIMER: The V5 Obsidian Feet Slider is sold as a street riding accessory. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the product makes real sparks, that you accept full responsibility for safe use, and that you will not hold MZS Enterprises or Turbo Thrill® liable for any consequences arising from your use of the product.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at turbothrill.in/pages/terms-of-service. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
